Title: Will the ipad3 fit into an IPad 2 protective case?

Are they the same size, as I'm collecting my ipad3 at 4pm tommorow, but want to purchase a case before hand. don't wanna travel to the apple shop as they will charge Apple rates I expect ..

The smart covers fit but any others apparently don't due to slight increase in thickness.

Massive difference. Internet speed is greatly improved and the graphics etc are hugely faster. The screen is rather nice too.  :happy2:

I ordered this one Steve, there was an offer reducing it to £5.99 which appears to have expired -

It hasn't arrived yet so I can't comment but I read reviews on may of their other products which seem good.

our old  i pad2 case fit but its the apple one without a back if you know what i mean.

Are the buttons/controls/cameras on the new ipad in the same places as the ipad 2?
