Title: Removing dust!
Post by: Ifti on May 07, 2009, 07:31:18 pm
My car doesnt get dirty very quickly after a good wash, but seems to attract dust - maybe from the beams in the garage roof or somet!

Beneath the layer of dust, the car still seems clean.

Is there anything I can use to quickly and easily remove the dust etc without washing the whole car again, other then just wiping it over with a microfibre cloth? A detailer spray?

i use a wax impregnated microfibre mop, just glides across the top and gets it clean again, i live near the worlds dustiest road in the summer months and wouldn't be without one  :innocent:

depending on the severity of the dust...id use a duster as mentioned. If its anything other than light dust, i would bite the bullet and leave the car until the next wash, often not worth getting dirt off. scratchy scratch.
