Title: Erasing RNS HDD
Post by: Lyons on March 20, 2012, 06:44:09 pm: Is there an easy way to remove all songs from the hard drive on an RNS510?

I can delete a large amount, but it won't let me delete them all because they're still playing.

I'm sure it's something obvious!

Post by: Lyons on March 22, 2012, 01:12:46 pm: Cheers folks. I ended up just having to leave one song on the HDD as it couldnt be deleted! Didnt know you could delete the HDD while playing music off the SD.

The RNS is sold now, but out of curiosity how do you do that?

Post by: Hedge on March 22, 2012, 01:34:00 pm: Just play the song on the SD card. Navigate to the HDD and press the box to the right of the song.
It should give you an option to delete which you can't do if it is the only song as you will be listening to it as soon as you press the media button. :smiley:
