Title: Fog lights - same on GTI and Ed30?

I bought a passenger side fog light for a mk5 gti and the the bulb holder on the car wont fit in the fog hole.

Granted it's not a VW part, but ebay feedback on them was great  :confused:

I heard the Ed30 had fog lights that increased power by 10 BHP.

Seller refunded me and no need to send back. It's a new line and mine is the first problem.

Only when switched on with sidelights

Weren't the early foglights different to the later ones? Does it then follow that the holders would be different too?

Good point, my 2005 GTI fogs have projector lenses, think the later ones didn't. That could well make a difference.

Also ordered a top vent grille for the centre console, mine has 2 broken clips from changing head units etc.

Genuine VW used part, for half the price. However, 2 of the clips have snapped off. The same 2 clips as mine.

So been to VW today and spunked £72 on these 2 bits
