Hi Guys,
Got set of interior LED from ebay. I changed them all and now none of them work. I changed back to standard and again there is no light at all apart from footwell but these are seperate. Then I took the same LEDS and tried them all in my missus car and all works well. My question is is there any safety feature that due to some strange reason turned off all interior lights?? I have no interiors at the moment and now back with standard bulbs. There is no way VCDS must be used for interior lights???
Cheers for any ideas

Leds only work if fitted the correct way round, you may just have to turn then around and refit them, also did i buy canbus compatable versions? Also dont forget you may need to lock and unlock the car to get the power back on as it times out.

You've probably blown the fuse - its very easy to blow on the interior lights
Its the only 7.5A one on the inside fusebox :happy2:

Oh yeah hadnt even thought about the fuse! Id try that as well lol

it was the fecking fuse! thanks to all for the heads up!
Replaced all LEDs apart from footwell. Don't know how to remove the light part from metal little box once disconnected the cable!
For anybody looking for fuse box it's on driver's side once you remove the panel touching the door once closed

You can prise open the footwell holders :happy2: The metal tabs can be bent back carefully to separate the metal & plastic bits. Then you can swap the bulb & put it all back together.
