Hi,
I was cleaning my Golf GTI mk5 yesterday and I noticed that underneath the drivers side seat belt, there is a button and I have not seen it before.
At the top of the button there is a picture of a car with what looks like a WiFi logo or some kind of signal coming out of the top of the car... At the bottom of the button is another pic of a car, simiar to the one at the top but it looks like the car is going up a ramp.
I pressed it and nothing seems to happen but it lit up. Does anyone know what its for at all???
Thanks
Craigh

It turns off the interior alarm sensors, handy for leaving dog/kids in car without setting off the alarm! :happy2:

And the other is the anti tow alarm.

Ahh so that's what it is. Well I hope I haven't turned off the sensors now I've been pressing it. How can I tell if my sensors are on or off?

Sit in the car, activate locks and wave your arms around :happy2:, I think it resets to on after unlocking so its activated next time you lock it.

Don't worry as the switch resets itself when you lock the car again.

That's good then. Cheers :)
