Title: Product used by Dealer
Post by: ub7rm on March 27, 2012, 10:02:54 pm
So picked up a new car for my wife last week which is black in colour and gave it a polish with SRP at the weekend.  Which promtly turned the cloth black.  Presumably they used some sort of black product to make it look good / mask swirls etc.  To be fair it worked pretty well!

Anyone know what this stuff was likely to be or anything similar?

^ yeah most likely was.  To be absolutely fair to the stuff it seems work quite well.  As I can now see a lot more swirls than I could before ...

I believe poor boys black hole is the shizzle for black cars and works in much the same way?

Why don't you pop over and ask them

My money would have been on an all in one product supplied to them in bulk by most probably either Autoglym, Autosmart or Nielson :happy2: but to my knowledge none of them do a colour specific product.
