What is this part and what does it do? Is it worth fitting and what are the actual benefits?

I searched it and was second thread.

Only helps for people who are stage2+ which the map requests 130bar of fuel, limiting the OEM valve at 130bar. The RS4 is 136bar IIRC giving it some room to play with.

PROS: Flat spots up in the higher rev range clears up when this is fitted.
CONS: A pain in the ass to fit, 30 minutes if you know what your doing!
