Title: P-Torque stage 1 - Edition 30
Post by: Jay_bcfc on March 29, 2012, 11:02:17 pm
I had the remap done around 10 days ago over at P-torque, what can I say.. fantastic the car feels so much better, drives like a dream, and pulls in every gear great  :happy2:  if anyone is in the Wolverhampton/midlands area they should definatly go and see Will, did a great job on the car, and a really helpful guy to.

While the eddy was there also got some Eibach Sportlines fitted, settled now and the car looks and feels great. A bonus with the remap to is that the ITG maxogen has really come into life, sounds fantastic!  :drinking:

its not a switchable map, however hey are very good value, always give great figures and i have never heard of anyone unhappy or with issues running the PTorque software

No it's not switchable, I was tempted by the Shark STS system but, p-torque is just down the road from me and I have heard nothing but good things. It's £295 so great value to, most edition 30's get 300-310 on there stage 1

This sounds amazing mate. What is the effects on economy? I have heard with revo software if you are easy going you can gain 20%

I've been running Will's mao for about 18 months and cant fault it  :happy2:

It makes a solid 300bhp on Dyno Dynamics rollers and 310bhp on any other  :driver:

I had 2 of his maps on my old mk4 Ibiza Cupra..

I haven't had my GTI done by p-Torque but my Mk1 TT 3.2 V6 was done by Will and it had much improved drivability. :driver:

Can't comment on his map but the aftersales and TLC on the car were excellent. :innocent:

That's where I'll be going once the TBE has been done.

Good luck,

Alex

Have been umming and ahhing over them or APR, but due to cost and the fact they are only down the road to me I think I will have to go to them sooner rather than later.
Know a few on here have been there too, so always helps to get good opinions.
