Title: MOT to cover warning lights

Haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else but apologies if it's a re-post.
I've just read in a Which? magazine that from 1st April warning lights illuminated will be an MOT fail. I know some lights like ABS or Brake fluid are already covered but I think this update refers to all warning lights, can anybody in the trade confirm? (my daughter has a 206 with a faulty light, hence my interest)
