Hey all, finally thinking about doing something to the gt tdi and thinking of a hid kit either in the fog lights or both headlight and fogs, but im really after some r32 fronts (as there the only mk5 projector lights right??) before i put hids in.

But what info do i need before i start looking for a kit or what size bulbs have i currently got in the car at the mo h7, h4?? and would the fact that this car has got a canbus system be a problem?

Dont get an HID kit they have a habit of burning out your wiper motor, get a set of OEM xenons instead mate

Just get some osram nightbreakers or mtec bulbs! Cheap and improve the distance you can see

All R32's have xenons factory fitted! You could always fit the Hella Celis projector lenses which look almost like factory fit xenons with some decent bulbs. :happy2:
