Hi Guys,
After 3 very happy years in my much loved Cupra I felt the urge for the 2.5
Just running it in and then maybe a remap and exhaust.
After Yrs of advice and help from this web site just thought I would post a few pics. :drinking:

Two great motors back to back Garry :happy2:
I'm envious of that five pot bellow you'll have to play with each day
I still think the RS3 should be fully entitle to a MK6 GTI style dual pipe exhaust, to set it off from the rest of the A3 range including the S3. You'll have to find one in Blueflame or Milltek guise and prove me right
-
Stunning in white!
-
Gotta say white cars rule..
Very smart, enjoy it.
-
Really happy for you Gary (and jealous lol :ashamed:)
-
Arghhh, not another ... :rolleye:
Does look lovely in white. Jealous.
-
Lovely car :happy2:
I agree with the comment that it should definitely have an exhaust at each side - two at each side would be the dogs.
-
Cheers Guys :happy2:.
Agree on the comments. Wish the Golf R had a 2.5.
-
Did a milltek TBE on an RS3 yesterday, it sounded amazing! Its back in on Tuesday for a bit of stg2 treatment.....
-
That looks stunning in white, love the RS3.
-
Lovely car :happy2:

.... x 2
And it would follow the Audi RS-series tradition of two oval tailpipes.
-
Top class motor   JEALOUS.
-
after one of these next and would have to be white or grey for me :happy2:
-
That is lovely mate, congrats. Let the modding begin
-
lovely motor,
strange that its more practical than the TTRS and yet 5k cheaper too. would deff have the RS3 over the TTRS.

....I think it's just a matter of which car suits your needs. Like you, it would be the RS3 for me and only the 5-door and S-tronic that it is. But in other circumstances I might be interested in the TTRS, although Porsches would then also become a consideration and I'd prefer a Cayman S.
-
lovely motor mate! Seen one on the road today and looked stunning!
-
Lovely car! Great choice. It will be ace to actually get some grip :)
-
Stunning motor mate! In the best colour of them all :happy2:
-
Absolute beast! You gonna get the alloys powder coated?
-
looks mint
-
Holy hell that's nice!
-
My favourite motor of the minute. I need to earn more cash :sad1:
-
Thanks Guys :drinking:
Tbh the Cupra was a tough act to beat. Lacked a bit of traction but fun :driver:
The RS is abit safe. Remap required
-
A remap should squeeze out around 400bhp, more if you go stage 2 with exhaust, saying I believe that engine could probably handle 500bhp easily :happy2:
-
Awesome car mate ! That 2.5 engine has alot to offer !!
-
that's amazing car! I would have one of those in a moment if only they were in manual!! :signLOL:
-
Gorgeous engine in every way. And like previously mentioned that zorst doesn't do it justice it needs a twin oval rs4 style or at least one
-
My favourite motor of the minute. I need to earn more cash :sad1:
Or just stop spending it all on the HomMobil!! :happy2:
We have a TTRS at work at the mo. Its up for £29k. Haven't found out what discount I can get on it, but really wish I could afford a decent deposit on it. :sad1:
-
The RS is a bit safe. Remap required
....I think that it's more likely that the RS3 just feels a bit safe. That's the downside of quattro, unless you are a rally driver you won't experience so much feedback - They are less tactile than a hot hatch.

As above !
Crackin car though !

Yes. There is always the next step to look forward to though.
-
For £29k I'd be going for that lovely Boxster
-
Its going back in again tomorrow. :sad1:
Already had both interior door handles changed because they squeaked and now the door rattles :fighting:
Build quality doesn't seem what it was.
-
Deako, hey what's the specs on this pal and colour? Have you got an pics?
-
Love both the motors! Very nice

Agreed!
The lack of feedback in AWD is the reason many opt for fwd/rwd despite traction deficiencies!
-
^^^^
Yep, it's all about the feel and the sound. And that applies to more than just cars!
