i've heard very bad things about them so I opted out from getting their clutch, every forum I know has something bad to say about them

i thought sellers would be aware at this stage there's no where to hide when it comes to crappy service

I too was drawn in by the fantastic "value" of their products. Glad I did a search before it was too late  :scared:
