Title: Rear tailgate

Does anyone know how to retract the bump stops. I can get them out of the tailgate but they look like a zip tie kind of fastening

Pull the rubber off. Allen key down the middle, undo screw. Pull in/out to desired length. Refit and tighten allen screw. Replace rubber. Refit to tailgate.

My rubbers have a hole in the middle so no need to remove
