Anyone had a door grab handle of e/bay the seller is vw-parts-uk
They say they are genuine , just want to check .
Also are they hard to replace or do they just clip out ?
-
For the interior?? I'd be intrigued how to replace this as mine are so tatty :-(
-
Yes for the interior , mine to I don't think it's hard by the look of it
-
Ahh bingo! http://www.r32oc.com/interior-exterior/23305-mkv-grab-handles.html

Great just need to know if anyone as got a new grab handle off e/bay and if so were they genuine
-
It does say so in their listing and to be honest I don't think anybody would go to the trouble of making non oem grab handles. Only a bit of plastic, I think I'll bite the bullet and get one!
-
Will do there only £14 after all

I've had a driver and passenger side interior handle from them and they are genuine.
The handles are easy to change. The drivers door is easier to do from what I can remember as you need to remove the passenger door card as its screwed in from the back, or was I doing something else?!
-
Cheers lads it's just the drivers side for me .
Will get on e bay and order one
-
Be careful when prising the old handle out as I pulled too hard and broke the wing mirror switch :sad1:
-
Job done and looks good , no marks to look at now .
If anyone else is going to change them I would say get
A trim removal tool then it's a peace of pi#s
-
Any pictures?! Well done and this is something I need to be doing pretty soon
-
Nicely, this is something I definitely need to do!
-
Will get a couple of pics but it's not stopped raining all day . It's easy and if your trim is marked
It really smartens your door panel up again
