Title: oil cooler

hi i am just wondering if many people on here run additional oil coolers , as from what i can gather the cooler that's on it from std should be more than good enough , but i seem 2 be going through alot of oil and honestly cannot find the problem :(

2 much haha about a liter every 500 miles or so .

Unless on track or running massive power, I'd be surprised if the stock oil / water exchanger is a problem, assuming the efficiency is about the same as that fitted on 1.8t. In a 1.8t k04 Corrado running 270bhp, I found the stock cooler and a good sized radiator kept the oil below 120 deg C all day long.
