Title: Switching xenons to drive abroad??

I pretty sure theres a little lever somewhere that accomplishes this but cant find it. Tried a search also but didn't get any hits. Anybody know if this is possible. My brothers merc has this ability but dont want to get my hands to near any high powered balasts without knowing which bit to touch and move.

can this not be done with VCDS?
