Title: Which Gulf competition oil do I need?

Could some one please help me   :love:

I have a S3 engined mk5 Golf and want to put the best performance oil in the car. I would like to take advantage of the offer Opie Oils have at the moment for 20 litres of Gulf competition engine oil.

Which oil from the following link would suit me best? In fact could someone also explain the differences please.

Whichever is VW Approved (if any)

Nothing but I thought I may try something different,  I'm guessing from the responses I should just stick to the regular vw approved oils.
