Greetings fellow dub fans
A little about me...John , 22 , IT Geek , Shropshire , West Mids........But that's the boring stuff !
While i strictly speaking don't have a GTI , I do however own a 2004 , Mk5 Golf GT TDI 140 ( pics to follow )
Been a member over at uk-mkivs.net for a while now and happened to stumble on this forum.
Hope you folks dont mind a diesel owner coming over here and crashing the party :P
My car is pretty much standard now , except with one minor mod , a humble K&N panel filter.
I have some plans , but being more on the electrical side of things I am often worried about doing any major modifications.
I am hoping to find some inspiration , guidance and advice from you guys over here if that all right with y'all.
That will do for now i suppose , im pretty useless at introductions anyway.

there are a few dubbers in Telford mate, not many though.
I've been through Golf's, Ibiza's, Leons, A3's petrol & diesels.
Currently running GTI at stage 3.

Morning and welcome to the forum...
As you guys are from near Shrewsbury do you use the VW Inchcape dealer or have do you know anyone that has had any dealings with them.... although I live in Stafford I bought my GTI from them about 6 months ago and need to get the DSG oil and filter changed and was thinking of returning it to them to do. Sorry for the hijack :smiley:

If your in stafford mate i would recommend midland vw not too far away in cannock. I have used both them and inchcape and midland vw are cheaper and better imo. :happy2:
