Title: Think i may get in trouble later
Post by: vRS Carl on April 20, 2012, 01:57:43 am
The wife went to bed early tonight as she is 16 days away from giving birth. So i had a brainwave and spent an hour cleaning the the OEM Intake from the car ready for refitting later today.

When she gets up she will be greeted by this sight as it is all covered in 303 and is being left to cure till i get up in the morning

At least she will know i wasn't watching porn and she can't grumble as i have covered the units in plastic sheeting first

I am the prefect husband  :pomppomp: :star:

To be honest i have always kept the car clean as much as possible. I've just lately found out that there is clean and then there is really clean!

Bet your wife saw the funny side in the morning (not). A quick tip, if you use a bottle steriliser, it's great for cleaning small car parts (only to be done while the misses sleeps though). Oh and just how many wall sockets do you need??

....I'm so tempted to correct that for you but it's a bit too obvious really.   Nah! Had to be done!

As soon as I read your thread title I knew it would involve your wife!

Wishing you both well with the birth of FAG (or FAGette) Junior - The last lap is the most uncomfortable so she'll need your support more than ever as I'm sure you already realise  :happy2:

But the big question is how many sockets will you be having in your new home's kitchen?

Haha, that's a treat!
I was in a similar situation earlier this week when my missus was confronted with 6ft of winter wheels and new tyres:

I haven't got a garage so for the time being they are in my back room.

.
I've got an American number plate on my kitchen wall and in the hall:

^ VWR sign and 2 spare tyres (tyres now gone).

But I am now single and free to mingle and plan to hang one of my smoked chrome Monza alloys on my bedroom wall.
