Title: k04 conversion! what bits needed???

Hi all, i am going to get a k04 for my golf within the next month or so, what bits will i need??? obviously need k04/manifold, injectors . what other bits?? i will be having the car mapped once all the bits have been fitted, i am going to get the bits myself as i am not paying 4k from the companys that sell it!!!! the mods i already have are a forge twin cooler, 3" downpipe and decat, kw v3's , neuspeed induction...

* K04 turbo from S3/ED30/Cupra
* K04 turbo bend with DV take off / K04 specific intake kit
* ED30 throttle body to intercooler pipe
* DV boss
* DV
* DV recirc pipe
* S3/ED30/Cupra Injectors
* Revo stage 3 software

You should be able to just weld on a 25mm take off for the DV recirc onto your Neuspeed intake and that will work fine.

Your downpipe will bolt straight up to the turbo

Get yourself a 3" cat back exhaust too..

Get it all fitted and your done!  :happy2:

cheers johny, seen a ed30 engine for 1k round by me, might just buy that and strip it for bits then sell it!!!

right i have got a turbo now of e bay for £360 with manifold and boost hoses (red standard pipes) and injectors, can get the dv bits from forge, just need the other bits now and i am sorted till the gt35 goes on!!!!!!!!

anyone got the part numbers for the bits i need as i am going to order them from my local tps in the next week or so
