I'm still on the hunt for the correct BT module and I believe the above mentioned units are in fact the same, just different part numbers for Skoda and VW. Wondering if the 'E' and/or 'D' suffix is important? There are a few of these on ebay right now BTW.

I have an Edition 30 with RNS510, Highline and MFSW and want to use my iPhone 4S.
Thanks

I'm sure they are the same. The 5K0 uses the 7P6 Label file

Should I be looking out for one particular model number over another - a 730D or E over a B or C for instance?
Thanks Eddie

Bump on this, I'm in the same boat as your.
I have a edition 30 with high line, mfsw, rns510
I need to retro fit the correct kit so I can take calls from my iPhone 4s aswell as stream music
Not to bothered about controlling it through mfd but would be nice, rns would be my main source
What kit would be best?

either, buy the cheapest :happy2:

I got the 7P6 in my car. Works perfectly with my Iphone and can stream music using the BT. Quite annoying actually as it defaults to BT audio once the phone is connected. To be honest, I have all my music on the HDD so don't need that function at all.

I have an 08 Touareg with the RNS 510 infortainment system connected to the Premium Bluetooth handsfree - both of which were factory fit.
The current handsfree will only connect to rSAP compatible mobiles and now I have left the Nokia fold to become an iPhone user I want the kit to connect to the iPhone. I am looking to swap out the control module under the drivers seat (the current one has code - 7L6 035 730 C on it) for one that is compatible with the iPhone, it also needs to work with the steering wheel buttons and the multi colour display between the dials on the dashboard.
I have seen several modules on ebay with the following codes - 7P6035730F, 7P6035730K, 7P6035730E, 7P6035730J and 5KO 035 730B which all appear to do the same thing but I am sure there will be differences. Also does the car required re-coding after the module is swapped as I do not have access to a VCDS/VAG-COM?
Thanks

Hi Eddie, just found this thread. I am thinking of fitting a Bluetooth kit to my car, it is a Scirocco with a white MFD it has a factory fitted RNS510 with voice control. What would be the best module to go for??
7P6035730K, 7P6035730L,
Thanks? :happy2:
