Title: Fitting active sub to my GTI

Hi all

Basically ive bought a Vibe cbr12 active sub and was wondering if anybody knew the best way to hook it up to a MFD2 head unit? for example does the MFD2 have RCA out or will i have to wire it from the rear speakers using a high to low filter? if anyone knows of a write up regarding the MFD2 it would really help.
