Can the wheels with the stainless lip be refurbed back to standard? IE without the stainless lip?

If they're genuine then they will have had the polished lip as standard

This is just a removable rim protector tho

they are genuine and i want them but i dont want a silver lip. Im just gonna refurb them to gunmetal.
