Title: LED interior light query?

Hey guys! I want to replace my interior light to white LED's. My mate had a few spare SMDs, and we trial fitted one in the footwell light and it worked fine - until I turned on the ignition and for some reason they flicker on and off 3-4 times! Has anyone had the same problem and is there a way around it?

Are they canbus friendly?

Problem solved, just tried another set of LEDs of my mates mk5 and they worked fine. The first ones I tried must not have been canbus friendly.
