Title: My bagged mk5 gti ready for the summer
Post by: baggedmk5 on May 01, 2012, 11:17:50 pm: Got a recent feature on stanceiseverything.com. Photos are mine, except for the last two. The rear is not even close to being airred out all the way, as I need to camber my wheels in once I get them refinished!
Will take more photos this summer when I return to Canada, from the UK.....Only thing missing is a k04 turbo now...pm me if you have one for sale :) (ps, has to fit a tsi engine)

Engine:

* APR stage 2 flash
* APR Carbonio intake
* GHL 3″ R32 style exhaust with high flow cat and 3″ Miltek downpipe

Suspension:

* Airlift xl kit
* C notch done by Chop Shop
* 7 button mechanical switch set up

Wheels

* 18″ x 8.5 et 32 MAE Monoblocks all around
* Falken 452 tires 215/35/18

Exterior:

* Badge-less GTI grill
* Hood notch fill done by Chop Shop
* R32 rear bumper
* VW projector fogs with 6000k Hid

Interior

* Dash mounted boost and air gauges
* VW woodgrain trim
* APR Carbonio intake

Just picked up a planet x procarbon track frame and forks, which will look pretty rad on top my gti (I ride loads, so this wont be just an expensive roof ornament haha)

People either love or hate my wheels. Personally, they are my absolute favourite and are rare rare rare. Took me three years to find the perfect set, as there are hardly any left worldwide. Used to run a set on my supercharged e36 m3, and they looked good, but not like they do on the golf, perfect for the style of tuning I was going for!
