Title: What are these?
Post by: Moz on May 06, 2012, 11:26:19 am: Bought some LED Number plate complete units, and they've come with some silver unit with them, I'm guessing something to do with resistors?

Would I need these for my Mk5, and where would they go, just tuck them up into the bumper?

Cheers thought they would, presume these just tuck up into the bumper? Might put some double sided tape to stick them on the inside then.

They don't bring up a bulb out warning but are too bright. I'd recommend buying the OEM LED numberplate lamps.

LED bulbs are £10.

no need to get the whole unit just get the bulbs. :happy2:
