Title: Battery drain query - should but don't!!

I have a 55 GTi with an L gateway (i think)

But I installed a RCD310 and don;t get battery drain (had for months now)

So would installing a RCD510 cause any problems over the 310?

L gateways are fine. Some K gateways work. Anything under a K will drain battery so you should be ok. But as its a 55 plate I would double check which one u have. Mine was an E

Yeah, will double check though with no battery drain on an RCD310 there shouldn;t be on a 510...should there?
