Just booked an open pit lane day here on Fri,08/06/12.  :driver:  http://bookatrack.com/-pE_Trackday-Calendar.html

Any of you front wheel drive puffs  :pomppomp: understeerer's  fancy seeing if you can keep up with a ickle plastic car.  :pomppomp:

probably staying local the night before if anyone fancies it.  :happy2:  :party:

Did this last year great track, may try the Mrs with the old "do you fancy a romantic couple of days away" again  :happy2:

I will have to see if there is a holiday in group, hotel nearby first before i book, as i have  over 400.000 points accumulated from my work travels.  :rolleye:

Had a great day today with Neil M. Everyone arrived smiling and laughing because it was dry and warm. by the time the brief had finished it was raining, by lunch time it was storm force 9.  :laugh: by mid afternoon the fastest thing on track was a small boat that got blown out of the Irish sea.  :driver:
Neil left all the Lotus mob for dead on track, in fact all of the front-wheel drive attendees were quicker. I can confirm that  Yoko A048's do not shift enough water in monsoon conditions. Really enjoyed the day though,  the conditions were very scary at first but the car was telling me when i got to the limit so it was all good fun, caught a few spins and church, which is a long sweeping bend, was balls in the mouth every time through it.  :sick:

sounds like you had an interesting day pal, you should try Anglesey again though on a dry day its stunning. Wish I'd have come now the S3 goes ok round there in damp conditions  :smiley:

Just to confirm Church corner was pretty scary in the wet in the morning, standing water in the afternoon was even worse.

Kept the Toyo R1R's on, I took a spare set of wheels in the back with 888's (was a bit optimistic)  :smiley:
