Title: Which engine oil and plugs??

I'm looking to service the gti soon, it's been mapped (stage 1)

What oil i,e brand, type would you guy's reccomend? Also looking to change the spark plugs, which ones to go for?

Any help/advice would be great.

Hi marty, to let you know the search function it will returb loads on the question youve asked but to put a stop to the thread use the ngk spark plugs and castrol oil. run a seadch on them and youll have all the answers as to why and find the links to buy from  :happy2:
