All it is showing is the pinouts from the back of a VAG head unit.

heres a hint.. get a AA battery and tape wires on the end of the batterys.. then connect them to the pairs of speakers you want and the speakers taht you connect to will make a buzzing noise :happy2:

Also if you have VCDS on an OEM headunit you can 'drive' the speakers individually.
