as title states how do i remove the centre console button blanks next to the TPMS and esp buttons without damaging them?

I suspect you have to tackle this from below after removing the ash tray.
btw how come your car hasn't got a tyre pressure monitor button next to the esp one?? :confused:

Pull up the gear surround (Grab the gear gaitor under the silver trim on both sides and pull up)
You'll see two torx screws, remove these and pull up the ashtray, you should be able to push them out from underneath then.
If not just unclip the wire going to ESP button remove the ashtray and push out then.

This will give you the basics... Once you've removed the 2 screws holding the ashtray in, lift it up a bit and then you can reach underneath the blanks and squeeze their bottoms (ooh err missus!) and they'll pop out! Don't bother unplugging the ESP button and wires as you will lose the clips on the sides.

when i did this i used a screwdriver with a cloth over it and they popped off, be careful doing it this way mind, its the easiest but has potential for damage. i did it when putting my stickers on a few months ago

think the torx screws are t15
