I have just bought and fitted a armrest and it has an ipod dock inside it i think?

Just wondered if i can get a cable to plug it into the headunit thats in my car?

It will use the same cable as the 6cd multi disk changer. It mimics the CD changer so cd's 1-5 will be the first 5 playlists on your ipod and cd 6 will be 99 random songs from your ipod. Also it doesn't charge newer ipods.

If you get the "connects2" (brand) iPod/ iPhone lead it will do everything Nodz says below and will charge you iPhone /iPod :happy2:
It's also around £100 cheaper than the VW one and is a piece of cake to fit :grin:
I've got one in mine and it's been great for the past 12 months

seen them go on here 2nd hand for around £50, can't remember how much I sold mine for now
