Title: will uprated engine mounts give better traction

if i uprate my engine mounts to the ths ones will i get better traction. i have a walk kit and bushes allready. also would lowering springs help. cheers in advance :happy2:

The lower engine mount (aka gearbox mount) will help traction but it's the whole package of mods which make the difference. Lowering springs won't be any significant help to traction if at all but stiffer dampers such as in coilovers are another contributing help.

The most effective traction aid is your right foot coupled with a car which isn't over powered.

And don't forget your tyres.
