How likely is my car to fail with a sports cat fitted and a broken charcoal cannister?
Cheers

Your F :ashamed: cked
Only joking mate. How do you know charcoal canisters knackered? Fault code?
-
Dunno about the charcoal canister but the cat should pass easy-peasy.

Yeah fault code mate, but I begrudge spending £100 on something just for emissions :signLOL:

Yeah cheers, I guess I'm asking how much headroom you get with a sports cat as to wether the charcoal cannister would tip it into failure territory :happy2:

Russ your car will pass with no problems with the 200 cell, mine passed the omissions last year with milly d/p and 200cell cat on easy think it becomes an issue with the 100 cell. :signLOL:

MIne was clean as a whistle with 200cell :signLOL:

Passed 2 MOT's with my 100Cel racing cat so a 200Cel should pass no problems as others have said. Also I have had the exhaust on for 3 years and seems to pass easily :happy2:

Make sure its warmed up, best results then :happy2:

Cheers guys :happy2:
I knew it would pass with the cat, but I didn't know how much the charcoal cannister does for the emissions. I just dont want to have to replace it really if I don't have to

the charcoal canister fault code is an on going fault and sometimes can't be fixed, it always comes back, try driving your car till its totaly out of fuel then refill , it should be gone for awhile then

what until it literally runs out? or just as close as i dare?
