Hi guys
Just picked up my car from VW body shop and apart from a couple of little niggles like screws for the plastic wheel arch covers not being screwed in fully, the paint job looks spot on
However, I'm not sure if I'm right but when looking through the main grill that houses the GTi badge I can see the radiator and inner parts of the bumper?
Maybe it's because it's had a new bumper and freshly painted so its just standing out more now whereas before it was probably quite dirty behind there!?!
Is this right or have they forgotten to fit some cover behind the honeycomb grill?

You mean you can see the silver paint through the grill?
I removed the grill and masked up the noticeable area and then sprayed it matt black.
Looks loads bettererer :happy2:

Thanks Monte, so I'm not missing anything then and it's just that the newly painted bumper is now more visible?
Good tip on spraying it black though :happy2:
