Title: Driveway
Post by: WolverineMAc on May 29, 2012, 11:01:55 pm: Driveway is only 4.5m long and wifes car is 4.4m long and idea of any gadgets to screw/stick on the way to protect the rear bumper.

Reversing camera kits are easy, you can even get wireless ones with a seperate 3.5" screen cheap (£30ish?)

Post by: stealthwolf on May 30, 2012, 07:29:02 pm: The wood beam method is something I've seen others use. 10cm isn't much room for error and a visual marker can be overshot whereas it's more difficult to not notice you're going over a beam.

Seriously though low tech is the wooden block on the floor, high tech is a light sensor that when broken by the rear of the car turns on a light next to the front door of the car. :smiley:
