Title: HEP inlet manifold
Post by: Dp_Ed30 on June 04, 2012, 03:43:42 pm
hi guys, i am very vary close to ordering my METH kit and looking for ways to install it.

came across the HEP manifold here
http://uspmotorsports.com/product_info.php?cPath=26_357_40_46_94&products_id=820

but cant seem to find a huge amount on info.

my last car ran a EDS uprated inlet manifold and made a world of dirrence, my thoughts are as the k04 is pretty much maxing out would this alow me to make more use of the boost i already have at the same time as alowing a neat and accurate meth install.

thanks

I have it.
My advice is: if you will stay with K04, don't get it. It won't make a difference
If you go BT, get the Stage 1: same air volume as stage 2, but without the extra ports for meth and fuel. Using the extra injectors will require a lot of work and you risk ruining your car's reliability. And you will also have a CEL because it doesn't have flaps.
And for meth, use the "classic" solution, with BSH throttle pipe with slot for meth injector
