I'm not on London but I've got alot of family in Italy.

With the latest earthquake in Bologna it's probably related.

Yesterday in Bologna, for quite a long time, there was a tremor every minute!!!  :scared:

Sh!t!! Stuff like this reminds us all about the absolute power of Mother Earth and just how fragile our lives are.

I once slept through a minor tremor while on a beach in Greece. I had found a concrete pad away from the sand and dust and under some trees. I learned later from locals that the concrete pad was covering a cesspit!! I would literally have been in the sh*t!

Underground must be a scary place to go through an earthquake  :scared:

Never experienced an eathquake and am more than fine with that!!

My parents were in Penzance about 10 - 15 years ago when they had one and scared the hell out of them.

Stayed in a lovely family run guest house just outside San Francisco years ago while travelling up the west coast on hol's and had to go through a "earthquake emergency procedure" thingy run by the family. Still remember what to do now.

State of California seem to have everything planned for the "Big One", was given instructions by friends on what to do if in a car, a public place or in the wilderness blah blah blah!

 :happy2:

I experienced one in leeds a few years back. made the mirror wardrobes rattle like a b1tch at about 3am. You think that something like that wouldnt really scare you.... but it sure as hell does despite only being a small tremor.

I remember one up north a few years back maybe 4-5 years ago, was living in saddleworth back then (about 25-30 miles from Leeds), It must have woke me up sub-consciously as I woke up with the wardrobe door rattling at and me under my bed!, must have felt it and rolled straight out and under before fully waking up, first thought was "Why am I under my bed?" second was "Why is the wardbrobe and bedroom windows rattling?", told the lads at work, they were pissin themselves laughing  :signLOL:
