Title: Special request regarding Student Nus card/Teacher
Post by: luckyGti on June 05, 2012, 08:16:43 pm
Basically I'm about to take advantage of the offer the Sony offer on the Z series with free Ivy bridge i7 upgrade, my dilemmas is that I want/need a nus number so I qualify for 10% off the total price.

I'm not entirely sure how it works but the details I need to enter are on this link, I think a teacher is applicable as well.

 https://shop.sony.co.uk/shop/b2c/education.do?shop=SST_GB_EN

Does anybody have any suggestions how I can work my way round the nus discount or if anybody is a teacher or student would they be willing to lend me their details I would happily pay someone a pre agreed amount if they could help, obviously as long as it works and I can enter my own card details for payment.

I hope so  but actually I'm thinking I may as well pay the extra £110 because if I ever need to claim on warranty over the 4 years with extended I may run into difficulty and they could worm out of it :sad1:

Looks like I have to stop being tight and pay the full price
