Title: Tyre woes part deux, opinions please
Post by: Nodz on June 08, 2012, 08:54:36 pm
Due to a recent screw in a tyre that was deemed unrepairable due to its location (still with 4mm tread  :fighting: ) I had to get a new tyre so replaced both the fronts then swapped them to the rear. Well now I have gone and got a screw/nail in one of the new one  :fighting:

So my question is, is this repairable?? I'm hoping it is as I don't fancy buying yet another PS3, but it looks a bit close to the edge again  :sad1:

Really? I would say the normal money grabbing tyre places would say it's in the shoulder and can't be repaired... Hope it is, but will watch this space...  :popcornsoda:

All repaired, they did say it was right on the limit but all done now. They plugged it rather than patching it (awaits the debate on whats best between plugging and patching, lol). But its done and one less thing to worry about.

Thanks again for everyones opinions  :happy2:
