Does anyone know if this can reflash a stuck EEPROM?

If it does, can you point to someone who has it as I'm desperate now to sort out my 'bricked' RNS.

Don't worry people, the mainboard is knackered...no power being supplied to the DVD drive.....

Brilliant. So PSU and HDD were pointless as the mainboard was actually on it;s way out.
