I have just found both my windows lowered by themselves...curious. I have nosed about and have realised that it's not un-common. What's the typical fix for this? Advice gratefully received!

I think disabling comfort windows via the convenience menu (on highline clocks) or with VCDS is a temporary fix.

try not to sit on your key fob... thats how its done it to mine and the brother in laws...

Thanks...I might just go out and do that now! Really don't want a wet car...
I presume it's dealers for a permanent solution? Hopefully it's one of those issues that they have a fix for rather than a fumble around on VCDS.

Good tip!
Although my keys were on the stairs at the time unfortunately.

this has been an issue in the past, windows randomly letting themselves down. issues with the sensors thinking someones has their hand in the way.

Got this done OK, will speak to the dealer as they gave me 12 months warranty on a s/h vehicle. Thanks again.
