Hi guys. I would need your help. I am not sure what to choose, for my gti, so there is goes.
The car is Golf 5 gti , 2007, 2.0 tfsi, DSG.
The modifications made on car:
-Forge twintake
-forge twincooler
-forge blowoff
-Complete milltek exhaust
-autotech hpfp
that would be it, from engine mods.
So , what do u think. REVO stage 2 or REVO stage 2+ . And DSG stage 1???
Thanks

you have the hardware for 2+, so unless you have a reason not to goto stage 2+ id do that.

.
Haven't there been some cases of folks here having problems with Stage 2+ and going back to Stage 2?
As I recall, those problems were more to do with driveability and not breakages. But Stage 2+ will surely put more stresses on your engine internals and increase temperatures.

Go Revo stage 2+ then if needed you can turn the power down via the SPS switch to stage2 power..

Go Revo stage 2+ then if needed you can turn the power down via the SPS switch to stage2 power..
....That's an interesting idea and certainly Revo's software is invaluable due to being able to adjust, but what sort of reasons would necessitate turning down the 2+ settings? And how would they manifest themselves without logging or dyno?
Why go to 2+ if you then reduce the B/T/F settings?

We do not have revo in Slovenia, but only in Croatia, our neighbours..So i really need second opinion, what to choose. What is the best for my car, for my mods? Really don't want that something goes wrong. DSG stage 1 is needed, yes or no...money is no object...better pay for dsg software update, than broken dsg...

^^^^
Go for DSG software update anyway.
I am playing devil's advocate when I say this but Stage 2+ will place more stress on your DSG due to increased torque (it's mostly why I have stayed at Stage 2) < Someone please correct me if they think I am wrong.
Wait for some people to post more answers to your questions, valle - No need to rush it. You want as much info as possible to help your decisions. :happy2:

Yes i can see that. i will postpone my revo upgrades, for a while. So in that time, i must place an order at Forge again ( oil catch can ).
So any information, about stages and modifications will be great, and thanks so far...
