Title: 2009 Edition 30 ???

I've seen an edition 30 for sale, 2009 09 plate.
Can this be right ?!

My car was built mid 2007, but only registered in March 2008, making it a 2008 '08' model. It had been the show model in the dealer's showroom for many months.

If it like any car I have purchased they will tell you its 2007 spec but registered Late it may well be on a 08 but built to 07 spec and main dealers know the difference like colour of the tinted glass etc . I was shown two BMWs identical one was built in June one was built after the German Summer break thats when they start building next years spec one had Paddle shift on the gearbox and grey top tint the other no shift and green top tint built in July and had the 400 price increase.

Build date was late 2008 but not registered until June 2010.
The dealer I bought mine from sold 5 in 3 days.
I think 20 odd were distributed between dealers and all sold within a week.

Mine is 08 plate delibvered 16th May and 2235 :happy2:
