Title: Trip Computer / OBD Help please

Hey all, when i intially bought the golf it didnt come with any manual or books (no idea why), so just wondering is there an idiots guide on how to use the trip computer properly and what each menu or button press means?? ive never had a car with this before so a bit confused

The car in question is a 2006 '06'  mk 5 gt tdi golf
