Barrel = Barrel offers a visual tweak to the way the icon pages are stacked and displayed
ColoredKnob = allows for easy customization of the unlock slider
CyDelete = Lets you delete Cydia apps
LowPowerBaner =  It will replace your low battery popup with banner
SlideToMod = customize the lockscreen and slider of your iPhone
Speed Intensifier = increases your iPhone speed
StayOpened = Keep App store open after you download a app
SwipeShiftCaret = allows jailbreakers to move their cursor a single space
Zepplin = allows you to replace the carrier name with logo's
IconRotator = lets you icons rotate with tehe orientation of the phone
Adblocker = blocks image based ads in Safari and other apps
BiteSMS = SMS app
