Title: What Paint and Primer for Engine Cover

I will soon be modding my engine cover to incorporate my new Forge Twintake.  I have decided I what to paint it and I wondered what primer and paint would be best?

Needs to be good on plastic/abs and not sure if it needs to be heat resistant?

Any help would be gratefuly received.
