Title: Boot Badge

Hi

Does anyone know how you can remove the boot badge to vinyl wrap it?

If it is one of the early one piece ones you can't take it apart. If it is one of the later '3D' handles then you can just gentle lift the silver VW badge off of the base- it is held on with clips.

If you want to take the whole mechanism out then you need to remove the boot trim, unscrew the 3 bolts holding the mechanism in, unplug the power cable and turn to release  :happy2:
