Title: Mk6 gti steering wheel to mk5 car

New airbag as you said, then iirc new steering control module, a cruise control stalk rev g or newer (if you have cruise) and possibly a newer slip ring. There are quite a few people on here who have done it who can point you in the right direction :happy2:

Had it done on mine,needed slip.ring and module,the air bag is different so you will need that as well

on my gti £300 for the mk6 wheel with airbag plus £115 for a CH controller from Eddie-NL

BUT I sold my old wheel for £285 and my old controller for £80 :)

So not too much to upgrade in the end
